The platform will open two weeks prior to the event. The live session recordings will only be available during the summit dates.  

An application will be made to the UEMS/EACCME for continuing medical education (CME) accreditation for this summit.  

All times in the agenda are displayed in Central European Time (CET). 

The Summit will be conducted in English. No translations will be provided.  

As a speaker or moderator, you do not need to register. The Conference Secretariat will contact you directly and send you your login details as well as speaker / moderator guidelines.

The virtual sessions will be conducted via Zoom Video Communications. We strongly recommend using the Google Chrome browser when accessing the virtual platform. Due to limitations within Zoom, attendees using Safari, Firefox or other browsers may have to dial in via a telephone to access the meeting’s audio.  

The live sessions will have both sound and video. You will see the speaker presentation on your screen. 

Yes, you also have the possibility of using both a tablet or mobile phone device to log in.

Yes, those who would like to participate in the Summit may register before and during the event. Click here to learn more.

After you complete registration, we will receive payment confirmation. Then, you will receive an invoice/confirmation from the Summit Secretariat. Before the Summit begins you will receive your login details .

You can register at any moment, even after the Summit has begun 

If you are not available during the Summit, the session will be available on demand for 90 days after the event.

Yes, it is possible to submit an abstract at the Spotlight Telemedicine.

No, as a participant you cannot record any sessions. However, the organiser will record the live summit and make it available on the platform for 90 days after the event.  

Yes, during the Summit you will have several possibilities to get in contact with speakers, participants and exhibitors/sponsors.

Yes, there will be an exhibition showing the wide range of technologies and innovations in the exciting field of telemedicine.  

The virtual exhibition will open  two weeks prior the Summit and will remain open for the rest of January. During the Summit,  exhibitors will answer your queries as fast as possible. Before and after the summit, please expect delayed responses from the exhibitors. 

Delegates may contact exhibitors through the platform’s chat function, 1:1 meeting scheduling system or by email.

Yes, Spotlight Telemedicine will offer Industry Symposia.
